I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate our Open Boys Rugby League team for making it through to the last eight schools in NSW in the University Shield.
It is a great achievement and this Friday 29th July they play off for a semi final spot against Murrumbidgee High School at Harry Elliott Oval Tuncurry. We are allowing some students from Forster and Tuncurry campuses to attend to support the team dependent on their attendance and student behaviour at school and interest in rugby league. Students who are not permitted to attend the game are expected to be at school as normal.
This is a school event and the college has hired the oval for the game under Department of Education guidelines. All students who attend will be seated in the grandstand for supervision and safety during the game. Members of the public can use the seating around the oval fence and the grass areas either side of the grandstand.
