The PDHPE syllabus is a continuum of learning from Kindergarten to Year 10. Some of the areas of study in year 7-10 Theory (Personal Development and Health) include:

In our practical lessons (Physical Education) we aim to cover a variety of activities with our main focus on developing the student's skills and physical activity time by promoting lifelong physical activity. Some of the units we cover include:
- Traditional Sports eg Soccer, Netball, Basketball, Touch Football, Oz tag, AFL, Volleyball, Cricket, Softball
- Non traditional sports eg, Gaelic Football, Soft Crosse, Flyballe, Capture the flag, Speed ball
- Dance eg, Square dancing, Australian Bush dancing, Social Dance, Popular dance
- Fitness testing
- Athletics
- Cross Country
- Team Building
Equipment: In our practical lessons we expect that students are prepared by getting dressed into their sports uniform which consists of plain black shorts, red sports shirt, appropriate footwear, bring a hat, sunscreen, drink bottle and any medications that may be required. eg: Asthma puffers.
We ask students bring in a note if they are unable to wear their sports uniforms and some other clothes.
Inquiries: If a student is unable to participate in a PE lesson, we require a note from the parent/carer or a Doctor for a prolonged period of time. This will need to explain what activities they are still able to do.
